MapleStory Technical Support NGS Issues NGS Issues I am receiving an NGS Initialization Error NGS Initialization Error 0xe1600301 Ever since I upgraded to Windows 11 i've been getting constant NGS hacking detected every 1-2hours while even being AFK. For some reason, I am unable to play the game for more than a minute without crashing with the "NGS Update Error: 0xe1000201 (-520093183) error. Apr 6, 2018 · Even with everything disable, you still can get the NGS Hacking and the Hack Reason Error Messages. I also have been getting this error (NGS Hacking detected) thing. If you are receiving any NGS Initialization errors, it is more than likely your antivirus or firewall software detecting MapleStory as a possible threat to your computer. Cant tell if its a Windows 11 issue or something else as my laptop with windows 10 has been running fine no crashes what so ever. Another thing to note is that the Nexon Game Security loading flair takes a very long time to load the game (~4-5 minutes as opposed to ~10-20 seconds).
